Unstability 

Not stable; Not having a strong foundation

Q: "So, how's the usability of this Cut'n'Slice-A-Matic©?"

When you don't know if your computer, cellphone or any other electronic device, will work next time you use it.
He suffers from electronic instability.

weaponized emotional instability 

When women use their rollercoaster of feelings to manipulate men.
Jessie starting sobbing when Bobby glanced at another girl. Bobby willing to do anything to get her to stop crying offered to buy her something at the store accross the street. Jessie's emotions were real but rather than mature and stive for mental health, she preferred her weaponized emotional instability to get Bobby to buy her stuff.

usability 

The degree of ineptitude which a country's military displays. Usually defined as number of casualties that said army suffers after the country's leader delares that war is over.
On a scale of 1-10, with 10 being completely bungled, America's USability in Iraq has been about a 100,000.
