Unfortunation

A period of bad luck, the state of being unlucky, being beyond unfortunate...

(Since the word itself would be technically be considered gramatically incorrect, it goes one step further as being used as an adjective).

In a conversation could be used as a single word to show condolences (express empathy) i.e:

Friend- "Today I stubbed my toe when I woke up..."
You- "Unfortunation bro...."

Similar to the word "Ruination".
My day was unfortunation...

unfortunanting

A verb meaning to make an event, a person or a pattern of behaviour unfortunate.
Also used retrospectively, in the form unfortunanted, when an event occurs at the worst possible moment.
go away, your unfortunanting this game!

unfortunatism 

The process of being unfortunate.
Example 1
Person A: I have been experiencing a lot of unfortunatism lately.
Person B: Damn that sucks.

Person A: Holy shit I got into a car crash!

church hurt 

church hurt is where you experience a degree of distance, pain, or judgement from your church community. Essentially, you are just unable to “find your place”. This is prevalent in the Christian community, but can be extended to other religions.
Now that I am an adult I am beginning to heal from the church hurt that was inflicted on me as a child.
