A total retard who gets offended by lame jokes and ignors the existence of other people just because of a small joke.. Also used in France as a curse word to name someone selfish

A kind person, very dense but still the nicest person to have in your life
can make you really happy and keep you company in bad times
They might keep a fake smile just so everyone can remain happy all times
