Trumpaloompa is a mental disorder like a low functioning narcissistic psychopath. The disease includes but is not exclusive to: Madness, urge to rape beautiful women, using Joseph Gobbles projecting lying tactics of "accuse others of which you're guilty of" paranoia; bloodlust & predatory the list goes on & on.
