A person, usually retarded, who is afraid to pass any large, slow-moving vehicle, but still insists on driving in a lane adjacent to said vehicle and so ends up preventing non-trucktards from over-taking and maintaining the free flow of traffic.

"If I don't find Bruce Willis within the next 30 minutes the world will literally explode, so either change lanes or pass the truck you goddamn trucktard!"
