To be tominated is to to receive a butt-load of friend requests, profile views, messages and comments on Myspace after your profile is featured on Tom's page in the form of a blog comment. Blog-dicking to get your Photoshopped head-shot at the top of Tom's comments can result in a kind of parasite celebrity status due to the fuckuvabunch of views Tom's blog gets.
