A term first coined by Sean of Street Fighter 3 fame during his "tornado kick" or "tatsumaki senpuu kyaku", it is now used as a positive verb not unlike "good" or "awesome".

Tornainbow 

Combination of tornado and rainbow. Rainbows, according to the Bible, appeared after Noah's flood as a sign of apology from God for killing everything on earth. Tornainbow is meant to be used in a situation where you know the worst is coming and there is nothing you can do to stop it or get away from it.

"I've totalled Dad's Corvette, it's sitting in the driveway and He and Mom just got home - this is a Tornainbow."
