"Too Many" is a song created by a streamer/youtuber who go's by the name
Tendo XI. "Too Many" is a saying that excites whoever hears it. But most importantly, some of the most knowledgeable scientists have come out to say that "Too Many" holds a key to solving worldly dangers such as "World Hunger", "WW3", and even "Global Warming". The great scientists are still studying this matter so some parts of their statement may differ.

too many sticky threads

When forum moderator stick too many threads, so that you have to scroll down to see new ones every time you visit forum. Sticky threads may have useless or obsolete informations, but moderators do not delete them.

Generally considered bad practice.
example 1:
user 1: please un-stiky these threads! They are old and have useless information.
user 1 banned from forums.

Especially in business, when there are too many people in charge of a job or project, they all tend to make their own changes/opinions and it just ends up ruining it.

Phrase used to claim there are too many bosses, not enough workers, but also used to lament the over-education of the "masses," who should realize their place. Usually uttered by yuppies or their parents, quite confident that no one in their circle will end up a mere "Indian."
"Ah, another fellowship program, but you can't find a good lawn man these days. Too many chiefs, not enough Indians."
