The act of scamming someone so incredibly that it get's to the point that the person being scammed stars yelling about how "tixx1" his or her life is. Tixx1 was founded after two teenagers accessed a website called tixx1.artistarena.com/fobAustralia and were tempted into paying the website $249 for FAKE tickets!
