A mythical creature from the islands of New Britain in Papua New Guinea. People with the name Tarcisius are natural flirts and extremely attractive to the 'public kambang' species.

Found in active habitats around places in PNG no decent man would venture - the Tarcisius or simply Tarsy is an evolutionary mistake but fun as farq to chill with.

Tarsisistic 

1 Enjoys having fun, which ALWAYS involves dancing, especially while engaging in drunken festivities, sometimes to the point of the head becoming too heavy to hold up straight.

2. Refers to oneself in first person (i.e. if you, John, like something, you say to your friends "John likes").

Wendy was out at a bar with her friends drinking so much that her head was bobbing up and down on her neck. She was being very Tarsisistic that night.
