When you say or do something gay or something not heterosexual/straight, you 'lose your straight card'

Person 1: "Dude, David Tennant is handsome as hell."

Person 2: "You just lost your straight card, man."

Straight Card

A person in a high energy group who decides to be much more clear headed, reasonable and serious than the others. May be regarded as a stiff, or a buzz kill when in reality: they're the most integral to the longevity and prosperity of the group. Is typically not the leader of a high energy group, but more of a guardian angel on the sidelines.

"Man, James is such a damn straight card. Bastard fought me for my keys that night. Yeah dude I was going to get us home safe. I only had like... eight small ones..."
