spintastic

This is a term mostly used by those involved with Wheel of Fortune. It means fantastic, but the "fan" is changed to "spin", referencing the wheel in the popular game show. Pat Sajak, the host, has said this phrase a few times, which is how it stuck with the audience.
You're going to college? Well that's spintastic!

Choreographed spontaneity

Used to describe the scene in musicals where people in the street know the words and tune to the song sung by any main character, and instantly know the dance routines including, but not limited to: jumping over barrels, swinging girls in the hair and juggling. This is all despite being total strangers.

This is all supposed to be spontaneous, of course, but naturally - it's actually choreographed
"Oliver! really made me laugh. What did you think of all the choreographed spontaneity?"

Spontaneism

To go on an adventure without a plan or idea of where you are going or what you'll do next. Basically spontaneity but much cooler.
Every good adventure has a bit of spontaneism.

spontaneitage

The quality of random motivation or spontaneous motivation that leads an individual or group to perform apparently out-of-the-blue actions. The suffixe -age, a pop culture cliche meaning the quality of something, is used on this word to emphasize the usual reason for spontaneous action: the need for either conformity or its opposite. Another interesting thing about the word spontaneitage is that it is a prime example of itself - its creation was a seemingly random act construed by someone who was feeling a spontaneous motivation to make up a new word for the feeling, so as to distance himself from conformity.
"Michelle's dance move was a really good example of spontaneitage."
"Earlier, Peter was experiencing some hardcore spontaneitage when he shoved the card down his pants."
"It's not my fault, your honor. The spontaneitage inherent in the moment made me cheat on my wife."

Spontastic

Some friends were hotboxing a car, having a coherent discussion about a topic that is no longer remembered, when one of the friends remarked, "...a spontastic lightning strike."

The root of the word is a bit of a mystery, but most likely it is a stoned mixup between spontaneous and fantastic. Such can be taken as the meaning.
Five minutes after the session, I was spontastically stoned.

I had some spontastic sex last night...with your mom.
