Get the Soupie mug.(adj) An internet slang used to describe the mood of a person, or vibe. The word originates from a combination of the words "silly" and "goofy". The word is often used as an excuse for vile behavior.

Get the soupy mug.A resident of the Mid-Wales town Welshpool. The Earl of Powys, who lived nearby, used to feed the people of Welshpool with soup, as they were unable to feed themselves, hence the name 'soupie'. Used in a derogative manner to describe any person of questionable character.
