Soliloquist 

One who speaks introspectively and deeply, who perceiving to be alone, describes their surroundings intimately.

You can often find a soliloquist dancing with headphones plugged into nothing, conversing sparatically with someone who isn't there, and screaming things like "I just don't know" or "why you gotta do me like that".

Soliloquincies are lines when an actor, during a show, breaks into a social statement only tangentially related to the scene in progress, as frequently the actor, Jack Klugman, did in his role as Quincy, Medical Examiner.
