An indefinable quality. Name relates to Simpsons reference, "craptacular," except using "snot" and "fantastic" as the base words.

Can mean many things - in fact it's a mystery even to the very teams of people currently defining the word.

Someone will figure it out, in a subsequent definition perhaps.

Snotsicle

When the outside temperature is so low that all bodily fluids that leave the body freeze quickly. Therefore when mucus leaks from the nasal passage and freezes it forms a stalactite from the nostrils.

When Harry and Lloyd were driving to Aspen on a skooter without the necessary protective clothing for Aspens climate, snotsicles formed around their nostrils.

a marijuana joint thats dipped in snow before smoking. A common practice in Toronto, Canada. Makes the joint smooth, and prevents it from running.

X:- *cough cough*. I got throat cancer man i can't smoke joints anymore.

X:- damn im so high.. and im not coughing anymore.. this is awesome
