Reffers to a female (or male) who continually texts/calls a member of the opposite (or same) sex whom they wish to fornicate with obsessively, because their cell-phone allows them a large number of free calls or text messages. The messages are usually just of a flirtacious nature.

Guy 1: I woke up to 7 messages from that ho this morning

A cap that is taken off of a boy’s head by a girl and worn in a misguided effort to flirt.

Megan took Alex’s sweet Met’s lid. She’s wearing her slut cap and his hair just looks like crap.
