Someone who thinks that you can just go to sleep, but it's not that easy, they will never understand. They tell you just to go to sleep instead of staying up all night when you tell them your tired. They say it's your fault your tired, but it's not.

Person 1: I couldn't sleep last night
Person 2: Then you should've gotten off your phone and went to sleep.

The act of Sleepsterbation is not under much debate. Although some believe it to be a myth, The truth behind the hidden art of Sleepsterbation lies in the cycle of sleep known as "rapid eye movement" (or REM.) While many can not control their physical movement while in this dream state, some "seasoned veteran's" are more adept at controling basic arm movements such as wiggles or sudden jerks.
