Sleep Jack 

A serious and embarrassing condition, most cases with young men between 13 and 18 years of age, but is still diagnosed on older men. When a male is sleeping, impulses are sent to the brain to begin ejaculating. At first one will not notice that he has the condition but as weeks go on, it will get more and more severe. Sleep Jerking  

Sleep jerking is an unfortunate chronic condition where a person will unconsciously pound one out.

This condition is derivation of 'sleep walking' and "talking in your sleep' but much more serious and in certain situations, very embarrassing.

Mark passed out after smoking too much weed at the party, whipped it out, and proceeded sleep jerking in front of everybody. It was only until people started to cheer him on when he woke up.
