When you have a last minute, unavoidable need to quickly poop, before dashing out somewhere important.

Sit split

Referring to a woman's vagina the sit split her cars whenever a woman sits and her vagina splits open this will happen every time the sitting position is attempted.

Man, did you really take a good look at her though? Her sit split is not no kind of fatty and she ain't no kind of baddie.
