A meeting of the minds used to work out complicated problems.

When friends finally sit down together to work out a disagreement.

A "talk" amongst friends, family, or co-workers used to settle issues in the group.

I just can't seem to figure out this dude at work, maybe he and I just need to have a shivpah so we can better understand one another?
