A phrase of Bulgarian origin, used to describe a low-class, uneducated individual deluded by the image of expensive cars, designer brands, jewelry, designer clothes; and machismo masculinity; causing them to have a false sense of superiority derived from insecurity. Similar to the hypebeast and flex culture of the U.S.

These individuals tend to but not always, collect government benefits, work shady jobs; and entertain fake merchandise purchases.
