Scrotulism 

When one, or both, testicles are ejaculated during orgasm. 1.Scrotumilism is when, similar to vasocongestion, the scrotum, nutsack, naturally expands and contracts.

2.In other words scrotumilism is the ways of the scrotum, including vasocongestion, which is type of scrotumilism. If vasocongestion is over done a testes will be paralyzed therefore, sterilizing the owner.
