The condition of mindlessly scrolling through social media platforms or any other digital devices for prolonged periods of time, resulting in fatigue, eye strain, and a general feeling of unproductiveness.

I have a serious case of Scrollexia; I spent hours scrolling through Instagram and now I feel exhausted and unproductive.
