A business or governmental entity that is both a scam and a monopoly. Their apathetic activities often result in a lot of cursing from the general public.

CH: Those ass warts at AT&T keep raising my bills and I can't do a damn thing about it since my building isn't wired for any other services.

DD: Damn bro those nut guzzlers are running a classic scamopoly; they're on some IRS and Standard Oil type shit.

An adjective to describe a person who starts a game of monolpoly, thinking they are too smart to lose, but ends up rage quitting when another player will not sell them a specific property.

He was getting frustrated that he could not advance through our game of monopoly, he pulled a real samopoly.

Scomopoly

A political system in which a leader appoints himself to positions of authority, in particular in secret.

Named after former Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison, upon discovering that he had secretly appointed himself to be Minister for five different departments - without advising the departments or the Minsters occuping those positions at the time.

Has Scott appointed himself to be in charge of everything ? Is he setting up a scomopoly ?
