A hairstyle made popular in Saginaw, Michigan, in which a woman's hair is pulled up into a full or half ponytail and then pushed forward and sprayed, resulting in a bump of hair on the top of her head that makes her skull look convex.

Saginaw is a hell hole where you will inevitably be dress coded for wearing leggings and Nike wind shorts. Shs is best known for the viral video of a kid jumpin off a balcony in the school. Division II University located between Bay City and Saginaw, Mi. Very nice campus with a lot to do. Most students like to have a good time with many parties and drunk slutty girls. Lots of bars in the area and almost everyone smokes weed. Classes are not too bad and Sports are good.
