Sar'nt 

The way Non Boot address those with "Sergeant" in their rank, in the Marine Corps. I.e. Sergeant, Staff Sergeant, Gunnery Sergeant, Master Sergeant, First Sergeant, Master Gunnery Sergeant, and Sergeant Major.

Abbreviation of Sergeant is considered disrespectful (i.e. Sarge) so only non boots are able to do this with moto, and without getting in trouble.

Gunny: "Hey go do this!"

Junior Marine: "Aye Gunnery Sar'nt"

A funny, informal, and lazy name to call your Sergeant, but still acceptable. Not to be confused with Sarge.

"Hey Sarnt, I'm gonna go to the head before PT"
