fear, or self-defense—with the intent of discrediting, arresting, institutionalizing, or silencing them. This manipulation is executed through harassment, intimidation, and staged confrontations, all under the protection of state authority.
Often used against whistleblowers, activists, or individuals involved in litigation against the
