Safe Rape is when you attempt to rape someone, but you use protection to try to not inpregnate the victim.

Kevin: Hey, what were you up to last night?
Mark: Oh I safe raped this woman I found on the street yesterday. But it’s okay! I used a condom; crisis averted.
