The cartoon equivalent of a young Karen. She used to be a good character in Wreck it Ralph 1, but is now a total asshole in the sequel that does not consider the consequences of her actions (except that one scene where Ralph nearly gets her killed, until he told her why he tried to stop her from going Turbo).
