SCUMFORT 

(noun) scum·fort /ˈskʌm.fərt/

A false sense of comfort in a bad situation. When someone gets so used to dysfunction, toxicity, or mediocrity that they stop trying to improve. Complacency disguised as contentment.
“He’s been stuck in that dead-end job for years, but he won’t leave. He’s deep in his scumfort.”
“She knows that relationship is trash, but she’s too comfortable in her scumfort to move on.”

scumfortable 

adj. A state of being: Being completely content and comfortable with your outward appearance despite looking, feeling, or in reality actually being a scumbag; characterized by being unshowered, dressed in ragged, dirty, unmatched and miscellaneous clothing (esp. pajamas, flipflops, and a knit cap), and smelling profusely of ballfunk.
John and Rich were looking quite scumfortable on their bus ride to the post office.
