Man-Scares 

(man- sKAirz)-noun-At time of the morning in which a post adolescent male between the ages of 18-25, or generally of college age, experiences a glance in his mirror by which he is frightened due to his physical appearance becoming more reminiscent of his father, a generally wearing image of a middle-aged man, or actor Vince Vaughn post-Swingers. This scare either stems from a reality or misperception in which the male notices either his stomach is expanding, his hairline receding, his eyes especially sunken from a night of sleep, his facial hair half-shaven, and his muscle gone.

Night Scares

A colloquial term for the anxiety you feel at night, usually in bed, before going to sleep. If you feel anxious late at night, it usually means you need more sleep.

ddd: “Oh, man, I’m going to die, I’m going to die one day! Maybe not today, but I’m going to die!”
*Sleeps for 8-12 hours.*
ddd: “Man, I had some crazy night scares last night.”

Scared Skinny 

To have dieted to the point of being unattractive, but ironically the dieter in question was only dieting to look MORE attractive.

To look like one has an eating disorder.

Beyond skinny-fat, this person is scared skinny, so as not to endure the pain of being labeled fat, lazy or repulsive, this person has went to extremes to reach an unattractively low weight that is neither healthy, sustainable or sexy in any way.

DUDE #1: Oh that's right, you like your women bootylicious.
