A Rukma is an individual who always has the hot gossip on everyone but can always be trusted with a secret. They also know all the hot weed spots to hit up ;)

An awesome person. You'd be lucky to meet a Rukayya. They are ludicrously funny, they tease you and are extremely friendly. Immensely loveable!
