Comes from the word ‘Reign’ but with an H in next to the R. Great conversationalists, voluminous luxurious hair, great DJ, smart but lazy, caring when they want to be. Can be mean as heck, sweet as candy, cold as ice, evil as hell or loyal like a soldier, it depends on what kind of person YOU are. Very cute and would make a great girlfriend.
