Someone who joins a VC firm with the intention of starting a company but who ultimately is unable to commit to a single idea.

Although a successful executive in his last company, as an EIR, John was unable to pull the trigger on a new idea of his own... thus sealing his fate as an entrepreneur in reticence.

Similar to a Holiday Inn hotel, but crappier and with nicer people. Residents pay $5000/year to reside in one of these. Included free of charge are 2am fire drills and bathrooms in which people do not flush the toilets.

Most Pond residents can be noticed from among the rest of York because of their designer clothes or the fact that they are wearing a Schulich leonard.

Average York student: The Village, you?
Amy: The Pond Road Residence duuh (flips her hair and walks away in her Jimmy Choos)
