When a woman "reservates" a man, by having oral contact at his crunch.
This forces the man psychological to be intrested in a relationship with the woman an he won't feel atracted by other women.

Girl1: "Yesterday I resevered this boy at the party, he immediately fell in love with me."
Girl2: "That's what I call a good reservation!"
