An individual that represents many aspects of being rich. Mostly a negative and derogatory term used against those pertaining or asserting themselves as being from a higher social standing;

A sheltered rich kid.

A person on the fringes of authoritarian right-wingdom, who is really too stupid and/or gullible to be taken seriously. They often utilise emotional outbursts (otherwise known as 'tantrums') instead of actual reasoned debate and critical thinking.
