Regretting something that you committed to doing and wish you hadn’t done.

While performing on stage at the talent show, a wave of regretsation fell over me and I wished I had not signed up.

A situation in which you are about to engage in sexual relations with someone who is so ugly, boring, or otherwise unappealing that you regret the decision before you have even removed your clothes.

He was so drunk last night that premature regretulation couldn't stop him from hooking up with that butterball.
