Slang term used by some in New Orleans & Indiana. It's usually in reference to somebody who isnt thorough or a pushover.

Gregory: I cant stand Chester bruh?
Akbar: damn what he do?
Gregory: Got and into a fight and this fool ran off. Typical Red40 behavior.
