radicality 

A quality that describes a person with radical thoughts and ideas. Radical, as in an extremist, rebellious, and revolutionary kind of way.

It can't really be used in a sentence, because it may not sound right, but hey, it's better than radicalness.

Ridicality 

Derived from 'ridiculous' ridicality is a scale of the sheer absurdity of something. Normally measured on a scale of 0-10 or expressed as having a high (or low) level of ridicality.
"Can you believe the ridicality of removing that article from Wikipedia as 'patent nonsense'?!"

They dislike things such as dumb commercials, social injustices, and every day ridiculous behavior.

Advocating or based on thorough or complete political or social change representing or supporting an extreme or progressive section of a political party.
The radicalist was rallying at an anti-Trump march.
