When a person weaponizes the word racism for their own personal gain, to place blame on others for their own poor life choices, and/or to get out of trouble that is due to their behavior and not their race.

Person 1: The teacher is a racist because he gave me detention.
Person 2: No, you got detention because of your behavior. You attacked the teacher, damaged school property, and made making threats at the teacher all because did not want to complete a 5 minute worksheet. That teacher has positively changed a lot of minority student's lives and is very patient. Stop being a raceper.

Created in January 09, a select few can call themselves Raepers, these include: B A N N 3 D - D, A Less Trite Identity, Ezuka, Bizreal, Dollie Slaughters, Buriko, The Magical Peanut Tree, etc...

1. A woman who discriminates against a man due to his race's penis size. Can also be used to refer to gay men with the same outlook.
