When you start quoting something and someone interruptingly chortles mid-quote.

Typically this is used so as not to seem pushy, to deny future responsibility for errors arising, or as a futile attempt to mask anger or frustration.
"Should this be deleted?" --> Delete this -- "Nice quorder, boss."
"Would you like tohelp me cook?" --> Help me cook -- "Nice quorder, mum."
"Do you want me to show you another way to do that?" --> Do it this way -- "Nice quorder, dad."
