QuickBasic 

A programming language sold by microsoft in the late 80s and early 90s as the successor to it's popular Microsoft BASIC. Still in use by some niche circles, it's heyday has long since been forgotten, and the vast, vast majority of programmers use more advanced languages, such as Visual Basic, Pascal, Delphi, or C/C++.

Quickwalling 

(A shockwave racing specific term I am coining)
Abbreviated to QUW (made up just now)) Quickwalling is when you wallslide extremely quickly (mostly to activate Phantom Jumps.) It can also be defined as flicking your mouse [whilst against a wall and jumping to infinitely scale up the pillar/platform.

"Quickwalling is a very overpowered technique, which can help you either shave off time or save you from what would've been death."
