A local black activist based out of Houston, Texas and leader of the new black panther party who is not afraid by any means necessary to say whatever is on his damn mind in anyone face. Quanell X has often been described as the Al Sharpton of Houston as he will come out anytime a police officer commits brutality or kill somebody else unlawfully, primarily if a white cop does any wrongdoing to a black.
