A person under the age of 18 that wears as little clothes as possible, behaves erratically around strangers and posts risky social media photos. Usually you will find someone like this in a mall, gym or school. Most puppy sluts seem to seek sexual attention.

I’m sick and tired of seeing these puppy sluts acting like it’s normal to be a skank when you get older.
