Pronunciation: punk-thik

A fashion and aesthetic style that blends the raw rebellion of punk with the dark romanticism of goth. Punkthic combines the aggressive, DIY attitude of punk culture with the eerie, mystical, and dramatic elements of gothic style. The result is a look that feels both chaotic and hauntingly elegant.
Punkthic fashion often includes ripped fishnets, leather jackets, combat boots, heavy chains, spiked accessories, and band patches mixed with gothic staples such as corsets, long dark skirts, lace, velvet, occult symbols, and dramatic black makeup. Hair is typically bold and expressive—anything from dyed black with blunt bangs to bright punk colors, shaved sides, or messy layered cuts.
Makeup in Punkthic style usually leans dark and intense: smudged eyeliner, heavy mascara, pale or matte skin, dark lipstick, and sometimes experimental or messy punk-inspired looks.
Beyond clothing, Punkthic is also an attitude. It represents individuality, rebellion against mainstream fashion, and a love for darker aesthetics. People who identify with Punkthic often enjoy underground music scenes, horror imagery, occult themes, gothic literature, and punk’s anti-establishment mindset.
“Her outfit was pure Punkthic—lace corset, ripped fishnets, spiked choker, and a battered leather jacket covered in patches.”

More from Urban Dictionary
West Midlands slang word for rockers, bikers, greasers etc. In the late 1980s it was used by the UK music press to refer to a specific scene centered around the bands Pop Will Eat Itself and Crazyhead. The term never found favour with readers of 'the inkies' (Sounds, Melody Maker and the still extant NME) and was soon dropped. Now often used in predominantly working-class areas of the midlands and the north to mean someone who listens to rock-derived music and/or dresses in a manner that suggests they affiliate themselves with rock music of some kind.
