When you tell your friends that you are going to play games with them, but then don't pitch up or contact you letting you know that they won't be able to join.
"Where is he? Don't tell me he's going to Pull a Felton on us.."
Present tense: "I invited him to play games with us, I have no idea where he is and he's not responding to my messages, looks like he's Pulling a Felton again.."
Past tense: "Colin invited him to play games with us, but it seems like he's Pulled a Felton again.."
