One who is fearful or intolerant of promiscuous people. Is typically deluded into thinking humans are monogamous.

Idiot: You sleep with more than one person, you slut.
Normal person: Forget him, he's just a promiphobe.

A person who has an anxiety disorder aimed towards promotional use such as flyers, commercials, and public announcements.
