A Southern California slang term to describe anything that is incredibly stunningly unbelievably stupendously awesome.

Wow! All these people passed that final in Political Science. That is totally pringo!

One who is overtly annoying and childish. Often one who is spazzy and lacks rizz.

P1: "See that boy over there who is pissing everyone off?"
P2: "Yea, he sure is a pringo."
