Plazmar

Plazmar (later identified as Alexander Philips) is a superhero primarily seen wearing a blue costume. He is a descendent of the ancient god Plasma Aimatos. He was born in 1995 and adopted his hero persona in 2010.

"Did you see that guy with the blue costume?"
"Yeah, that's Plazmar!"
