A sound you can make with your mouth by blowing air through the side of one of your cheeks, making a farting noise. It's a common sound a newbie makes when trying to beat box the wubs and dubs of Dubstep

"Dude, quit Phlurping at her. Give me a turn!"
Girl in response: "Nah, boi, I don' like your Phlurpage!"
